Meta Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Paceline Connect and Meta authorization flows, including Facebook Login for Business.

Remove Paceline Connect from Meta

You can remove Paceline Connect from your Facebook or Meta account settings. Meta may update these screens over time, but the usual path is:

  1. Open Facebook or Meta account settings.
  2. Go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  3. Open Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
  4. Find Paceline Connect.
  5. Remove the app or business integration and follow Meta’s prompts to request deletion where available.

If you manage access through Meta Business Suite or Business Settings, you may also remove partner, app, or business integration access from the relevant Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or connected asset settings.

Request deletion directly from Paceline

You can also email privacy@paceline.co with the subject line Meta data deletion request.

Please include any information that helps us locate the relevant records, such as:

  • your name and email address;
  • the brand or creator relationship involved;
  • the Facebook Page or Instagram account name, if applicable;
  • the Paceline Connect link or request name, if you have it; and
  • any Meta app-scoped user ID or confirmation code provided by Meta.

Do not send us passwords, access tokens, OAuth codes, or other secrets.

What we delete or inactivate

After we verify and process a deletion request, we delete or inactivate token material associated with the relevant Meta authorization where applicable. We also delete or anonymize creator-identifying metadata unless we need to retain limited non-token records for legal, security, fraud prevention, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
